Pure Faith was heavily backed and was the shorter price of the 2 runners. We got on at 11/8 and he returned 10/11. Won easily and as he liked. Great ride from Tom O’Brien and an easy winner to start the day.

Tout Regulier from the same yard was also ready to win. The bigger price of the 2 and our NAP. Third NAP in 3 days to go in for us and a great profit on the day to add to the 35 points we made yesterday.

Over 12 points profit on the day yesterday and nearly 50 points profit from Saturday and Sunday alone. Great stuff. 4 Winners from 5 runners over the weekend that included a very impressive Platinum Bet landed.

We have 3 runners today and we expect to be in the winners enclosure again today.

I have lost count how many times we have hit the cross bar in the last couple of weeks. We seem to have come second so many times and beaten by unfancied runners too.

Yesterday was the same story. One strong winner on Tuesday and again only the one winner yesterday too.

Tillemint ran a huge race, getting beaten by a totally unfancied outsider into second.

Valliant Knight was in a good position but got hampered twice and lost all momentum.

Deep South was the most interesting runner. We knew he has been running all over the other Godolphin runner at home and we saw a typical fake bookmaker gamble on track. They knew which runner was more fancied and fooled the market. This happens so often and we knew with runner to be on. With the guaranteed odds it made it a very nice bet indeed. Returned 9/2 and we went with a MAX bet. It makes it so frustrating as it proves that the game still has floors. I can guarantee you that Deep South took more money than the other Godolphin runner and yet all around the country the punters would have latched onto the fake favorite at 5/4. It’s great news for us but a good example of why you have to tread so carefully.

That winner put us in profit on the day and we expect to hit the target with our runners today.

Another great day yesterday.

4 runners and 2 winners including the MAX NAP bet.

We started the day with Memphis Man. We were on at 5/1. Great ride and a great winner to get home in front. Winner at 5/1 for us.

Deirdre didn’t run to plan, used too much energy out in front and didn’t get home.

Rare Ruby ran a huge race for second. We bumped into one there that was given a great ride. We finished best of all for second but the winner was too strong. Frustrating to finish second when connections we very confident of the win.

However we ended the day in style. We had to wait until the evening for the NAP. What was even better was the Price, drifted to 9/4 but we knew this runner was expected to bolt up. AP is the best simple as that. He knew he had the horse underneath him and pulled clear from the last. Great ride and a great NAP winner.

That put us 12.75 points in profit on the day and we expect more of the same today.

Yet another great day yesterday. Nicely in profit despite things not really going our way.

Pips Assertive Way needs firm ground and there was no way we could have known about the rain at Worcester. It was absolutely lashing down and that drastically changed the ground.

We then had Mini Max, well backed all day and despite there being a short priced favorite in the morning we ended up going off favorite. He put in a massive run but just got run out of it not really handling the track.

We only had one runner left and he was 13/2 in the morning. It was well worth the wait. Great win and a small rule 4 also, but a great ride from a very promising rider and a nice winner.

Great profit of over 15 points on the day and we expect more of the same today. We have made over 45 points in the last 3 days and is more like what we are used to.

Well we had the winner of the Oaks and we were expecting the winner of the Derby. We thought we had the favorite to beat and we did that, finishing in front of him but we didn’t account for the winner or the pacemaker at 100/1. We had a troubled passage on Rewilding but at 6/1 we went e/w and made a small profit on the bet.

Premier Clarets was all at sea coming down the hill, didn’t handle the camber at Epsom and still finished a close third for the e/w money again, making a small profit on the bet.

We had to wait until the evening for the NAP but it was well worth the wait. George Adamson expected to win did so nicely, well backed and never really looked in danger. Easy winner as expected at 5/2.

Again a great profit on the day and we expect more of the same today. Not great racing, especially compared to yesterday but we expect to be in the winners enclosure all the same.
