Chelmsford City is the latest addition to all-weather racecourses in the country with the former Great Leighs racecourse being re-branded after a £25 million pound redevelopment.
Situated only 50 miles from Newmarket HQ it is already a popular destination for many of the top yards. The course is proving very effective for horses that race prominently and very few winners appear to come off the pace.
There appear to be a number of very good angles to work on when selecting winners and it has also proved a very effective course to send horses to for a number of reasons.
