We started with Hot Scoop, improved for the last run and we knew he would take a lot of beating. He did it the hard way up on the front end and still had enough to fend off the only finisher.

We also had a big word for Manton Grange, another runner that had been laid out to win in a claimer, far lower a grade than he is used to and connections landed a very nice gamble.

We still had the strongest bet of the day with Labeebb, 6/5 on the off and got on top late on. He finished first past the post and we got paid out with another massive gamble landed.
