Worcester

Worcester offers approximately 21 fixtures between April and October – essentially summer National Hunt jumping. The course is a left handed testing track that requires a good level of stamina. Speedier more agile horses will probably fair better at sharper tracks. The racecourse is very flat with very few undulations – another advantage for a more galloping type of horse. The course is approximately 1 mile 5 furlongs in distance. There are very few races of significance throughout the year with Class 2 handicaps and generally lower grade handicaps being the main types of National Hunt racing on offer.
