A big day expected today with 2 MAX bets including a very strong Platinum Bet.

We landed our strongest bet on the day yesterday and it was a little frustrating to have a close second with Ballyalton who showed much improved form as expected.

Ballyalton had been working well at home after 2 disappointing efforts and was value at the price but a bad jump at the last when he was rallying essentially put an end to his challenge. He is a runner I will be keeping an eye out for.

We did however land a strong max bet on the day – yet again my strongest information getting the job done with our first runner of the day. Herons Heir was expected to win and although was 2/1 when advised at 11am and returned at 2/1 he was readily available at bigger prices throughout the day.

Max bet landed with our first runner of the day and slightly unfortunate not to build on that winner.

I do expect a profitable day today with some very strong information including a Platinum Bet.
